Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pasig, NCR, Philippines, for a Service Engineer specializing in EV chargers. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and conducting field service visits to ensure the proper operation of DCFC EV chargers. The Service Engineer will also maintain clear and effective communication with technicians and clients to facilitate smooth resolutions of technical issues.
Your Daily Tasks
Real-time & remote technical support

Provide real-time and remote technical support for EV chargers.
Perform root cause analysis.
Provide over-the-phone support with field service technicians/engineers to resolve issues quickly.
Conduct commissioning and maintenance of EV chargers.
Perform software and firmware deployment on all chargers as required by the client.

Case management

Perform case analysis.
Develop resolution plans.

Charger maintenance

Keep the latest version of the software and firmware.
Monitor chargers remotely.
Manage and maintain charger history.

Parts management

Record all parts transfer and movements.
Analyze parts usage.
Maintain safety stock levels of parts.

Warranty verification

Analyze maintenance invoices.
Verify warranty or out-of-warranty cases.

Service manual update

Update commissioning manuals.
Update maintenance manuals.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
PRC License is an advantage but not required.
1-2 years of experience in technical support, field service engineering, or similar roles is an advantage
Must have a Driver's License 1&2 restrictions.
Must be a valid passport holder.
