Make a Difference with the Student Conservation Association

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Leader to join our team for the summer season. As a Field Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of young adults in conservation projects, develop and implement conservation plans, and maintain and improve trail systems.
Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of young adults in conservation projects
• Developing and implementing conservation plans
• Maintaining and improving trail systems
• Ensuring the health and safety of team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 21+ years old
• Ability to legally work in the US
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of experience
• Leadership experience in the outdoors
• Physical ability to perform manual labor for up to 10 hours per day
