About the Role:

Reporting directly to the VP of Accounting, the Senior Tax Manager will own the tax function, from strategy and compliance to risk management and planning, across a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets.

Youll work across functions and partner with top external advisors to ensure timely, accurate filings while unlocking financial efficiencies and maximizing the value of IRA-driven tax incentives.

What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and evolve the companys tax strategy across federal, state, and local levels. Oversee planning and reporting for income tax, sales & use, property, and tax partnerships . Navigate complex regulatory changes, including Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) incentives for solar and storage projects. Partner with internal teams and external counsel to optimize tax equity deals and other monetization structures. Drive insights that help shape financial planning and strategic growth.

What Were Looking For:
5+ years of experience with reading, analyzing, and advising on partnership LLC Agreements including liquidating and waterfall provisions. 3+ years with partnership capital accounts and the associated technical rules, including partnership formation, contributions, 704(b) capital accounts, etc. 3+ years in the renewable energy sector is preferred. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Taxation.

Atlanta, GA or New York, NY $180,000 $200,000 base + discretionary bonus
