Enfinity Global is seeking a Senior Structured Finance Analyst in Hyderabad, India, to support the Structured Finance team in managing lender appraisals, debt documentation, and compliance for renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include project finance documentation, lender management, corporate compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and knowledge of renewable energy project finance.

Job Description:



The Analyst / Senior Analyst will support the Structured Finance team in managing lender appraisal, debt documentation, pre and post disbursement compliances for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS). The role involves working across multiple project SPVs, lenders, and external advisors to ensure compliance with financing agreements throughout the project lifecycle—from appraisal to sanction to financial close to operations.





Key Responsibilities:



1. Project Finance Documentation & Compliance
• Support compliance with project finance (fund and non-fund based loan agreements, common terms agreements, and security documents for renewable energy projects.

• Track and manage conditions precedent (CP) and conditions subsequent (CS) related to financial close, construction, and operations.
• Maintain compliance trackers for fund-based and non–fund-based facilities across multiple project SPVs.

• Assist in review and negotiation of loan documentation under guidance of the Manager.

• Assist in preparation / review of financial models.

• Tracking and analysing regulatory and policy changes impacting the renewable power space.


2. Lender & Facility Management
• Monitor ongoing lender covenants, reporting requirements, and compliance certificates.
• Coordinate with lenders, trustees, and facility agents for documentation, notices, and approvals.
• Support drawdown processes by ensuring documentation and compliance readiness.



3. Corporate Compliance (SPV-focused)
• Handle MCA and associated compliances for renewable energy SPVs and holding companies on Project Finance associated activities .
• Support in drafting Board and Shareholder resolutions, pertaining to financing and security creation.



4. Advisor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, lenders’ lawyers, technical advisors, arrangers, other consultants.
• Track documentation deliverables and follow up to ensure timely closure of CPs, CSs, and ongoing compliances.
• Maintain organized documentation repositories and compliance records.





Skills & Competencies:



Strong reading, comprehension, and drafting skills.Working knowledge in compliance related to:
• Renewable and / or energy and / or infrastructure project finance
• CP/CS frameworks

Understanding cashflows, financials and financial modelsMCA, ROC, and associated compliancesCorporate governance for infrastructure / renewable platformsHigh attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach.Ability to manage multiple SPVs and timelines simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Qualified CA / CS.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in structured finance, project finance, legal/compliance, or corporate secretarial roles.
• Prior exposure to renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or lender-side project finance is strongly preferred.
• Strong intent to grow in renewable energy finance.
