This role is ideal for an experienced architect looking to make a broad impact by elevating technical standards, guiding project teams, and shaping firm-wide best practices. The position will be located in our Columbus, OH office.The Project Architect Will Have The Following ResponsibilitiesLead technical oversight for multiple projects, ensuring quality, constructability, and consistency in deliverablesDevelop and maintain standardized construction details for firm-wide useMentor and educate staff in technical excellence, construction documentation, and emerging best practicesSupport project management and delivery across all phases, with an emphasis on construction administrationPresent technical solutions to clients in collaboration with project managers and design leadsCoordinate with project teams to guide technical strategy and ensure alignment with design intentQualificationsBachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (professional degree) is required.
