Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. The successful candidate will currently lead and manage aspects of a very large federal project in Nevada, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of the project.
• Coordinate with staff, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for project design and documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications:
• Licensed Architect with 8+ years of experience in architectural project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
