About our client

Our client, a high-performing VC fund, are looking to hire an Operations Associate to join their growing London team. The fund, which invest across the pan European market has seen a large amount of growth in recent years, raising a number of successful funds and investing into some of the EU's fastest-growing tech businesses. The fund has another fund-raise and new acquisitions lined up for the near future and are now looking to hire a standalone operations associate to oversee a broad remit, including IT/ systems maintenance, compliance, finance, marketing and HR. What the job involves
• Dealing with matters in relation to company compliance and corporate governance
• Maintaining and developing IT systems and CRM
• Responsible for operational aspects of the employee lifecycle including global mobility, systems implementation and onboarding/ offboarding procedures
• Assisting with transaction records, keeping processes and project cost reconciliation
• Acting as a central coordinator for compliance, HR, accounting and broader operations across the firm
Who we are looking for
• Previous experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the Private Markets/ investment advisory space
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• High level of proficiency in MS Office/ Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines whilst under pressure
• Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic
