Senior Environmental Project Manager

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Environmental Project Manager in Midvale, UT. The role involves consulting on environmental projects, including site assessments and remediation strategies. Responsibilities include project management, technical document preparation, and communication with clients. Candidates should have a professional engineering license, environmental registration, GIS experience, a relevant degree, and over 10 years of experience in environmental remediation and site investigation.
Insight Global is looking for a Sr Environmental Project Manager to join their clients growing team. The Primary duties will be to provide consulting services for a broad array of environmental projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Site Investigations, Remediation, and Regulatory Compliance. The candidate must be able to identify, evaluate, and recommend remediation strategies/designs to address environmental impacts. This may include leading environmental site investigations, design and development of plans and specifications, engineering analysis, observation, inspection, and reporting. Duties will include the preparation of applicable technical documents including proposals, reports, remedial action strategies, and regulatory agency correspondence. They may be responsible for resource management, project scheduling, budgets and forecasts, and working with external vendors, subcontractors or contractors. The right person will conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project to the project team and client.

- Professional engineering license
- Any kind of environmental professional registration
- GIS experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, etc. or related field
- 10+ years of experience with the following:
o Remediation, Site investigation, Risk analysis, Risk assessment, Brownfields, Environmental contamination (spills, industrial operations, chemical releases)
- Strong experience leading Phase 1 and 2 investigation
- Demonstrated experience with Technical Report writing and ability to deliver project on time, and within scope
