Responsibilities
• Preparation of EAFs, EISs, and similar environmental review documentation.

• Preparation of variance and special permit analyses, and similar land use analyses.

• Attendance and participation in public meetings and hearings.

• Preparation of project budgets with the ability to manage a project in consideration of client and statutory timeframes.

Requirements
• 4-7 years of experience in private environmental and land use consulting.

• Experience with public presentations and public hearings.

• Knowledge of the SEQRA process, as well as the relevant environmental and land use regulations.

• Excellent writing skills with experience in preparation of EAFs and EISs.

• B.A. or B.S. in Environmental Planning, Environmental Studies or similar.
