Job Description
Talent Partner Australia is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner in Newcastle, NSW, with a salary of $120K - $160K. The role involves preparing Environmental Approval documents, supporting project feasibility, and site inspections across various sectors. The Role
As part of a cohesive and high performing team you will assist with:
• Preparation of Environmental Approval documents including SSD and EIA pathway approvals and provision of pragmatic advice through all stages of the project development and operations / asset management cycles
• Projects across a range of sectors including renewables, industrial, land development projects etc
• Supporting full cycle project feasibility analysis, development and approvals (environmental approvals, public consultation, regulator interface, navigating approval gateways etc)
• Inspecting sites and investigation of any limitations and opportunities

What you need to have to apply
• Relevant tertiary Environmental qualifications
• Experience with the authoring and project management of environmental planning / approvals (SSD and EIA approval pathways)
• Consulting sector experience
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• An ability to quickly gather and analyse a range of information
