Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer for Renewable Projects to join our team at Power Engineers in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing the electrical power system design for renewable projects.

This includes creating and issuing construction drawings and specifications, bills of material, power system studies and reports. You will also be responsible for mentoring less experienced staff in renewables project execution and performing cross-discipline reviews of associated business units within and outside of Power Delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must have a thorough knowledge and experience with the NESC, NEC, NFPA documents, and applicable IEEE standards. Experience with modeling electrical systems and running power system studies using ETAP, PTW, or EasyPower is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage relationships with renewables clients.
- Mentor less experienced staff in renewables project execution.
- Perform and direct others in the detailed design of low and medium voltage renewables projects design across the distribution, protection, telecommunications, and studies disciplines.
- Cross-discipline reviews of associated business units within and outside of Power Delivery.

Requirements:
- BSEE/BSCE or BSEET/BSCET degree, from an accredited university preferably with a power option or equivalent experience.
