Senior Designer - Multi-family & Mixed-use

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Senior Designer for Multi-family & Mixed-use projects at their Mundelein, IL office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong design and technical skills, and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Responsibilities include generating concepts, providing technical guidance, and leading project presentations. A degree in Architecture is required, along with knowledge of California building codes.
A high energy, sustainability focused, architecture firm focused on helping to solve the housing crisis is looking for a Senior Designer in their Oakland office. This firm has been recognized for their industry leading expertise in master planning and design for a variety of multifamily, hospitality and mixed-use projects. The Senior Designer will have strong design and technical skills, plus 5 years of dedicated experience in Multi-family and Mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Quickly generate concepts for Multi-family Mixed-use projects, through hand sketching and digital media
• Act as go-to person on high level technical/ CAD skills
• Create and give presentations to firm leaders, clients, and team members
• Demonstrate passion for design and take leadership over projects

Qualifications
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• 5+ years experience in Multi-family and mixed-use projects
• Strong design and planning skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of California building code
