Construction Project Manager – Modular, Sustainable Housing

A pioneering sustainable modular housing company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of projects, this role is perfect for someone passionate about innovative, high-quality, and environmentally conscious housing solutions.

The Role
• Lead and manage construction projects from RIBA Stage 1-7
• Prepare project briefs, execution plans, and BIM strategies
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure all technical and design requirements are met
• Work closely with the commercial team to manage budgets, contracts, and cost plans
• Develop construction programmes, track resources, and manage risks and issues
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards
• Provide written progress reports to the Operations Director and clients
• Manage project teams and coordinate activity across multiple stakeholders

Ideal Candidate
• Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar
• Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in modular housing or sustainable building
• Strong knowledge of BIM, project management tools, and construction processes
• Leadership skills with experience motivating and managing teams
• Good understanding of building regulations, sustainability, and health & safety
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• CSCS card and a full UK driving license
