Role Description
The Senior Customer Insights Analyst is an exciting role which is part of the Products & Services team within the Marketing function of the Customer business unit based at our Perth CBD Office.
The purpose of the role is to drive customer-centric decision making that helps shape go-to-market product and operational service design through the development and execution of quantitative and qualitative research and actionable insights.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage the prioritisation and delivery of customer insights projects end-to-end.
• Generate and articulate evidence-based insights via the integration, analysis and interpretation of customer insights data and report recommendations to peers and stakeholders.
• Influence change through customer insights on operational and strategic business issues.
• Work cross functionally to understand business needs relating to customer insights research and facilitate engagement across various levels.
• Manage and lead external consultants and research partners in delivery of research objectives and projects.
What You Will Bring
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. Qualtrics, Q, SPSS).
• High level of skill in conducting market research and customer data analysis (including segmentation, brand health, product, and advertising testing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to easily communicate to and influence key stakeholders.
