About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Operations Specialist who is a key member of the Shared Services Team and acts as the team hub – applying data and project management skills to provide operational, strategic, and logistical support to the Shared Services function. This is a dynamic role with duties encompassing a range of tasks and autonomous projects in support of the overall company operations. The Senior Operations Specialist is highly organized, enjoys complex problem solving, and has a service mindset. The Senior Operations Specialist also enjoys exercising a high level of proficiency in key software programs, such as SharePoint Online and Excel with enthusiasm for developing tool building skills in other Microsoft platforms. The Senior Operations Specialist thrives on engaging with a variety of customers to create effective, results focused, and fun project experiences.

What You Will Be Doing:
• Develop and maintain a project management system for Shared Services to improve efficiency, outcomes, and maximize customer experience
• Act as the Shared Services Hub – often being the first point of contact and serving as an ambassador for the Shared Services Team to lead initiatives, communications, gather feedback, facilitate rollouts, and delight our customers
• Manage the Shared Services ticketing system, acting as the team organizer
• Perform high-level administrative work in support of the department initiatives, through research, analysis, writing, information coordination, relationship management, and project management
• Manage day-to-day administration of Power BI reports, troubleshoot user issues, and make configuration changes to improve internal efficiencies
• Provide training and mentorship to Program staff as needed
• Research, design, and implement reporting systems/dashboards
• Contribute to strategic program improvement planning by owning the Program Health Scorecard process. Consult with program managers and specialists to uncover improvement opportunities to streamline program delivery, performance, and client satisfaction
• Support projects and special assignments related to operations and program delivery by identifying improvement opportunities, establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation and input from others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and ensuring continuous improvement
• Assist in the development of tools, processes, and standardization to ensure repeatable results and drive company effectiveness
• Maintains SharePoint Online Program Resources and Shared Services Hub
This is a full-time, remote, and exempt position. Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.
Qualifications
Applicants for this role are required to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or equivalent work background
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant role, with project and change management
• High proficiency with SPO and excel
A successful candidate should also demonstrate these preferred characteristics and/or skills:
• Previous experience with implementing continuous improvement with internal or external customers energy efficiency program experience preferred
• Experience with or ability to develop skills in Ajera, Gazebo, and report and tool building platforms including PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and Power Apps

Compensation & Benefits
Our total rewards include competitive pay and excellent benefits. These include health, vision, FSA or HSA options with an employer contribution, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, paid parental leave, 401k retirement plan with a guaranteed 3% contribution, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), annual cash performance bonus, paid vacation, sick time, and an inclusive, flexible paid holiday policy, wellbeing contribution of $500 for HSA, FSA, or LSA (Lifestyle Spending Account).
The salary range for this position as a National Average is $70,400 - $88,000 with final salary determination based on geographical location of final candidate, as long as they reside in a state we are licensed in for employment. However, the final salary offered may vary depending on non-discriminatory factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experiences.
