Senior 3D Environment Artist

As a Senior Artist at Lakshya, you will play a crucial role within the art team. Your responsibilities will include taking on complex art creation tasks, interpreting client specifications, conducting artistic checks, and troubleshooting. This role serves as a stepping stone to higher positions such as Art Lead and Specialist, offering opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret client briefs and specifications, assist in effort estimation, and create client queries
- Create high-quality 3D assets according to client requirements
- Guide team artists, perform first-level reviews, support troubleshooting, and ensure timely task completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, participate in review calls, and share feedback with the internal team

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in creating 3D game art for AAA titles or 1 year as a senior artist
- Proficiency in high-quality 3D environment creation, texture creation, and sculpting
- Expertise in software tools such as ZBrush, Maya/Max, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of game pipelines, real-time shaders, Unreal Engine, Unity, and architectural planning
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in multiple styles
