About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Seed Network Conservation Specialist. We are seeking an experienced Field Botany Expert who will coordinate and complete seed collections on behalf of the State Botanical Garden of Georgia, Georgia Seed Network, and multiple partner organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scouting, assessing, and collecting seeds following SOS protocols. Ground truthing species observations from community science, basic floral inventories of sites, assessing quality of diversity natural versus invasive plant species within a single plant community will also be a key aspect of this role.
