Seafood Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
• Support financial operations, including invoicing, contract management, and revenue tracking
• Manage auditor contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Assist in the coordination of audits and maintain client and certificate data

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in financial administration, contract management, or client services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote, evolving environment
• Flexibility to perform additional tasks as needed in a dynamic work environment
