• Position Overview*

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Program Planning Analyst/Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with engineering and operations teams to develop the program's schedule baseline, working within a team environment to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• *Responsibilities Include:
• Establishing and controlling the program schedule baseline.
• Coordinating with business management and project management staff to develop an integrated program measurement baseline.
• Using project scheduling software to plan and gauge progress against the plan.
• Performing thorough project analysis through metrics reviews and predictive analysis.
• *Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years professional related experience -OR- a Master's degree with 3 years of professional related experience.
• 3 years of project scheduling experience using Microsoft Project, Oracle P6, Deltek Open Plan or other related scheduling tool.
• Experience using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required.
