Sales Support Specialist

Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Australia to assist the Sales team with large-scale projects. Responsibilities include coordinating project progress, managing the project lifecycle, providing documentation and reporting support, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate project records. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirements.
Support the Sales team in managing large-scale projects, ensuring that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Coordinate and monitor project progress, facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Provide project-related support, including documentation, reporting, and tracking of key project metrics.
Address customer inquiries with a focus on project-specific solutions and support.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, with a primary focus on project coordination and management.
