PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Sales team in managing large-scale projects, ensuring that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate and monitor project progress, facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Provide project-related support, including documentation, reporting, and tracking of key project metrics.
• Address customer inquiries with a focus on project-specific solutions and support.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, with a primary focus on project coordination and management.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
• Project management experience, preferably within the solar (photovoltaic) industry but not must to have.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and Teamwork.
