Position: Sales Representative - Energy Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Orange County, CA. We are the #1 team in Southern California and growing at 140% year-over-year. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing for some remote work flexibility. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Appointments: Contact potential customers to set appointments for our solar consultants.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various outreach methods.

• Customer Communication: Engage with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed logs of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to consultation.

• Engage in Physical Outreach: Some in-person activities may be required, including canvassing and attending events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, and able to connect with homeowners.

• Sales Experience Preferred: not solar specific.

• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.

• Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable Work Ethic: Timely attendance and dedication to performance expectations.

• Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
