What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow sales of the Solar Roof product and related accessories through existing and new Certified Installers in California
- Conduct meetings with installers, business owners, leadership, and sales teams both in person and virtually
- Partner with distribution for fulfillment and explore new opportunities
- Collaborate with Certified Installers to ensure high-quality installations and protect the employer's brand
- Understand regional energy markets, utilities, and jurisdictions while collaborating with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in developing B2B relationships and closing deals in energy and renewable energy markets
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven record of success in the roofing or solar/renewable energy industry
- Self-motivated with the ability to proactively manage and organize the sales pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities

- Established strong relationships across the residential solar and roofing sectors
