What Makes This Role Stand OutLead high-impact water and wastewater projects that improve communitiesPlay a key role in growing and mentoring a team of engineers and technical staffEnjoy variety and autonomy—no two projects (or days) look the sameContribute to business development and client strategy, not just project deliveryFlexible hybrid work in any Midwest officeWhat You’ll Be DoingLead the planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater projectsManage projects end-to-end—ensuring scope, schedule, and budget successGuide and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and CAD professionalsCollaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality solutionsPrepare and review technical deliverables, including plans, specifications, and cost estimatesPartner with clients and regulatory agencies to keep projects moving forwardSupport and help win new work through proposals and client engagementWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering7+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater project deliveryA strong foundation in project management and team leadershipProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseSolid technical expertise and a passion for delivering quality workExperience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position is $125,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
