Sales Manager - Genset & Solar

Tricom Power is seeking a Sales Manager for Generator & Solar in Karachi, Pakistan. The role involves creating and executing a sales strategy, generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of experience in the solar/generator industry, and a strong sales track record. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Position: Sales Manager - Generator & Solar

Location: Korangi, Karachi

Responsibilities

Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.Achieve company objectives by setting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, and making forecasts.Monitor day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.Managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.Generate sales reports and forecasts that meet and exceed company sales revenue targets.Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Master's in Business Studies would be a plus.10+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in solar/generator industry, preferably in commercial and industrial sectors.In-depth knowledge of current solar technologies and renewable energy market in Pakistan.Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets.How to Apply:
