Title: Sales Agent for Solar

Position Objective: NASTECH is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Agent for Solar to lead sales efforts across multiple countries in Pakistan. This position requires a committed individual with a solid technical background in solar energy and a passion for building customer relationships, driving market growth, and ensuring renewable energy solutions reach those who need them.

A successful candidate should be able to:

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and clients to promote Nastech’s innovative solar products. Provide technical expertise and recommendations tailored to customer needs. Analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Actively participate in trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with installers, contractors, consultants and clients to promote Nastech’s innovative solar products. Provide technical expertise and recommendations tailored to customer needs. Analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Actively participate in trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support. Must Have Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Renewable Energy preferred) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the renewable energy or solar sector. Strong technical knowledge of solar products, including inverters, batteries, and micro grid/storage solutions. Fluency in English, Arabic and excellent presentation skills. Able to demonstrate product benefits, warranty and cost advantages to customers. Experience of using solar design tools e.g. PVSyst, Helioscope or similar Nice to have Knowledge and experience of using ERP and CRM programs Additional Language/s Experience in organising/presenting in online webinars and product marketing videos No restrictions on travelling abroad What’s great in the job?
