Safety Specialist Environmental Sustainability

Safety Specialist Environmental Sustainability is a full-time position responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy environment of care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing safety training within the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain environmental and safety policies for regulatory compliance Inspect workplaces to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions Analyze safety data, track KPIs, and coordinate emergency response plans Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Environmental Science or Occupational Health and Safety Three years of experience in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability, preferably in a healthcare setting Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, MPCA, and other local regulations Relevant certifications are beneficial Proficiency with EHS software
