Salary – Circa £27,456 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 32.5 hours per week, working five days including weekends
Location – Farthinghoe Recycling and Reuse Centre, NN13 5PB

As a Reuse Shop Team Leader at FCC Environment, you will help manage the daily operations of the Reuse Shop, working alongside a small, dedicated team. You’ll be responsible for organising and presenting donated goods, maintaining strong customer service, and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld — all while helping to support sustainability and reduce landfill.

This is a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the Reuse Shop
- Leading and supporting a small team of staff
- Organising, preparing, pricing, and presenting donations for sale
- Ensuring donated electrical items are PAT tested (training provided)
- Handling daily financial tasks, including cash reconciliation and banking
- Dealing with customers and traders in a helpful and professional manner
- Supporting promotional events and campaigns
- Keeping the shop and surrounding area clean and tidy
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act
