We are seeking Experienced Solar Installers who are highly motivated and willing to go the extra mile to move projects through to completion. This role serves as your gateway to a world of exciting career opportunities within our organization.

• Familiarity with one or more construction trades (preferred, but not mandatory).

Requirements
• Hands-on solar installations experience
• A vibrant personality and a shared passion for advancing our organizational mission
• Self-driven, independent, and highly proactive individuals
• Must have and maintain a spotless MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Capability to work in diverse weather conditions
• Occasional travel will be necessary
• Certifications such as PVIP are a plus!

Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting - identifying and resolving issues with solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and other related components
• Repair and Maintenance - performing necessary repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks to keep solar systems in optimal condition
• Performance Optimization - diagnosing and addressing issues that may impact system output, such as shading, dirty panels, or faulty wiring
• Preventive Measures - implementing preventative maintenance procedures, such as regular inspections and cleaning, to minimize the risk of future problems.
• Communication - communicating effectively with customers, homeowners, or other stakeholders about system performance and potential issues
• Documentation - maintaining detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, including diagnostic findings and corrective actions
