Job Description / Responsibility

Support the preparation of Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) and Social Impact Assessment (SIA) reports in compliance with international standards (e.g., World Bank, IFC, ADB).Assist in developing Gender Action Plans and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Action Plans as part of project safeguards.Prepare socio-economic assessment report for different projectsConduct field assessments and stakeholder consultations to understand the socio-economic conditions, needs, and concerns of affected communities.Identify and document the views, interests, and livelihood activities of local populations impacted by project interventions.Participate in and facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews, and community meetings.Collaborate with the project team to identify and assess social risks, impacts, and opportunities associated with project activities.Contribute to the preparation, review, and timely submission of social safeguard deliverables.Maintain proper documentation of field data, consultation records, and survey findings.Attend client meetings, consultations, and workshops as required.Ensure that all activities are conducted in line with ethical standards and safeguard policies.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (environmental, land acquisition, and technical teams) to ensure integrated project outputs.Educational Requirements
