Job Description

The Youth Affective Neuroscience Lab at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, seeks a Research Assistant in Neuroimaging/Adolescent Mental Health. Responsibilities include supporting grant reporting, data management, neuroimaging analyses, and contributing to research publications. Candidates should have a degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, or related fields, with preferred experience in neuroimaging and statistical modeling. Strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
The Youth Affective Neuroscience Lab at the School of Social Sciences at Nanyang Technological University (NTU, Singapore) conducts interdisciplinary research on adolescent mental health using neuroimaging data. The lab focuses on early detection and precision health approaches to improve outcomes for youth. Key Responsibilities: Support grant reporting, ethics compliance, and project documentation Conduct data cleaning and management Assist with neuroimaging and statistical analyses on large-scale longitudinal datasets Integrate multi-cohort data (local and international) Contribute to research publications and grant deliverables Support ongoing research projects in adolescent neuroscience Job Requirements Degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, Data Science, or related field Experience in neuroimaging and/or advanced statistical modelling preferred Proficiency in programming preferred (Python, MATLAB, or R) Familiarity with machine learning methods is advantageous Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
