This role supports the coordination and implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs within a corporate real estate environment, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to maintaining safe, sustainable, and well-managed facilities by working closely with EHS leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will support the execution and coordination of EHS programs across real estate operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and contractors to promote compliance, safety, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the implementation of EHS initiatives in line with corporate standards and regulatory requirementsReviewing contractor-submitted EHS plans and risk assessments to ensure compliance and completenessMonitoring EHS risks and escalating issues, while recommending mitigation actionsAssisting with EHS data collection, reporting, and performance trackingAnalyzing safety metrics and providing insights to improve operational effectivenessCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of EHS processesSupporting audits, documentation, and improvement of EHS procedures and toolsTracking EHS action items and ensuring timely follow-up and resolutionRequirementsThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to grow in the EHS field. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
