Description:
Full Time - Monday-Friday - ONSITE
Position Purpose

As the Quality & Compliance Assistant, you’ll help lead our mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for seniors. You’ll support our Quality Improvement (QI) and Compliance Program—ensuring we're always survey-ready and in line with state and federal regulations.
What You Will Do
• Assist in developing and implementing the QI/Compliance annual plan
• Gather, analyze, and report quality data to leadership and stakeholders
• Support internal audits, surveys, and compliance reviews (including CMS & NCQA)
• Coordinate communication across care teams and contracted facilities
• Help manage grievance resolution, satisfaction surveys, and risk assessments
• Maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations impacting compliance
• Ensure timely reporting of CMS events and assist with root cause analysis
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3+ years relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with healthcare systems a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in both on-site and remote settings
• Must meet required medical and health screening criteria
