About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager of Environmental Compliance R&D, the Project Administrator supports project teams by handling administrative tasks, including regulatory document collection, part number creation, BOM generation, and Engineering Change Orders. The role also involves coordinating project activities, managing materials, tracking budgets, and monitoring progress. Additionally, the administrator will liaise with external vendors and prepare progress reports, including buffer tracking.
This position is part of the Tactical Compliance Team located in Loveland, CO and will be onsite with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
The essential duties of the job include:
• Request, track, and manage environmental compliance documentation from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Contribute to Visual Daily Management and ensure compliance documents meet acceptance criteria.
• Create Standard Work and Material Declarations in Agile to attach compliance documents to part numbers.
• Support product development and coordinate sustaining projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Assist in tracking financial and resource requirements and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
The essential qualifications of the job include:
• BS or BA in Engineering or the physical sciences preferred.
• 4 years of experience supporting new product implementation/design in an administrative or project management role
• Basic knowledge of Project Management supporting new product development demonstrated in work experience.
• Basic understanding of products and processes, including design, manufacturing, and market use of products.
• Basic knowledge of new product development methodologies.
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and project scheduling tools.
• Basic Knowledge of the project management body of knowledge.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
