Key Responsibilities:
• Operate or assist in running manufacturing machinery and material handling equipment.
• Work in various departments including corrugator, die cut, finishing, printing, or shipping.
• Drive forklifts or clamp trucks as required.
• Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and visual quality checks on products.
• Step in for team members during absences and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Stable work history with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Proficiency with measuring tools, and ability to learn to operate various machinery and hand tools.
• Familiarity with safety practices including Lockout/Tagout protocols.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
