The opportunity to follow your own compass.OverviewPRODUCT SUSTIANABILITY SPECIALISTWe are currently looking for a Product Sustainability Specialist to join our Sustainability Department at our HQ in Ravarino (MO).The role will support the development and monitoring of product sustainability strategies, ensuring compliance with certification standards and regulatory frameworks, while managing sustainability KPIs and traceability across the supply chain. The position will collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sustainable practices into Product Development and Operations.Your ImpactThe Day-to-Day
Monitor and analyze product sustainability KPIs (e.g., carbon footprint, LCA indicators, preferred materials), managing traceability data for materials and finished products.Ensure compliance with product certifications (e.g., RAF, RDS), coordinating suppliers and certification bodies.Support cross-functional teams in integrating sustainability requirements into product development and operational processes.Contribute to sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures (e.g., CSRD, GRI), preparing analyses and documentation aligned with regulatory frameworks.
QualificationsKey Qualifications
Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Materials Science, or related fields.Solid understanding of the textile and apparel industry, with knowledge of sustainability standards and product certifications (e.g., RAF, RDS).Experience or strong exposure to product sustainability, traceability, and ESG reporting is a plus.Strong analytical mindset with good proficiency in Excel and data management tools.Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
