About the Job

Role : Product Sales Executive

Introduction:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for design and creativity? We're looking for a Product Sales Executive to join our growing design studio, specializing in delivering top-notch creative solutions for both B2B and B2C clients.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our design services, including Brand Design, UI/UX and Industrial design. You'll identify our perfect clients, conduct outbound sales initiatives, handle inbound sales calls, negotiate terms, and secure a steady stream of exciting projects for our design team to work on.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of proven success selling products (preferably in creative, tech, or service-based products)
• Experience with consultative selling approach and solution-based pitching
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of product positioning and value proposition articulation
• Excellent at qualifying leads and identifying decision-makers
• Skilled in objection handling and negotiation
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Comfortable with both outbound hunting and inbound converting
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
• Own and exceed sales targets for our design offerings
• Identify and pursue ideal client profiles for each of our design products
• Conduct strategic outreach through calls, emails, social selling, and networking
• Handle inbound inquiries with consultative precision, matching needs to solutions
• Articulate clear differentiation between our design products and competitors
• Facilitate smooth demos or trials of our design products when applicable
• Negotiate terms that respect both client needs and our studio's value
• Close deals efficiently while setting the stage for long-term relationships
• Track all sales activities meticulously in a CRM
• Provide market intelligence to help refine our product positioning
• Build a repeatable, scalable approach to selling our design products
• Represent Studio Carbon at industry events and networking opportunities
