Procurement Specialist/RUEAP

Energy Development Corporation Limited is hiring a Procurement Specialist/RUEAP in Kigali, Rwanda. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Procurement or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in donor-funded project procurement. Familiarity with AfDB, EIB, and Rwandan procurement guidelines is required. Experience in utility procurement is a plus. This is a full-time position.
JOB DETAILS: • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Engineering or other equivalent degrees in related field; • At least 3 years' experience in procurement of donor funded projects; Being conversant with AfDB, EIB and Government of Rwanda procurement procedures and guidelines; • Experience in utility or other big company procurement would constitute an added advantage.
