Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Private Wealth Tax team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in investment management and a proven track record of providing exceptional service to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform high-level reviews of tax research for individual, fiduciary, partnership, closely-held corporations, estate, and gift work papers and tax returns
• Prepare and lead client meetings on compliance and consulting projects related to tax planning opportunities and the tax implications of transactions
• Train, mentor, and supervise new and experienced Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors
• Take on lead client-contact roles, billing, and profitability analysis on engagements
• Participate in marketplace eminence building and pursuits

Requirements
• 8+ years of public accounting experience (at least 3 years in investment management) or equivalent in law firms or industry
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
• One of the following active accreditations: CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, CFA, or C
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
