What the job involves
• Independently lead transactions and be responsible for structuring and negotiating transaction documents.
• Manage the team involved in conducting the due diligence.
• Be willing to be exposed to investments in a variety of geographic jurisdictions.
• Travel to project sites as part of the investment evaluation process.
Who we are looking for
• Significant experience in M&A and renewable energy investing.
• Good investment track record.
• Experience of leading all aspects of the deal process.
• Some experience of investing in emerging markets is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in Arabic or Turkish would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
