As a Principal Engineer, you will: Lead and Inspire: Proactively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure top-notch quality, timeliness, and coordination of project deliverables. Be a Technical Guru: Provide expert advice and demonstrate your advanced technical skills, ensuring all analysis and design tasks meet the highest technical standards and client requirements. Drive Project Success: Utilize your high-level project management skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Make a Commercial Impact: Contribute significantly to the commercial success of projects and the team, and play a key role in successful business development. About You – Are You the Right Spark? Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering) or equivalent, with approximately 15 years of experience in Transmission and Distribution. Member of Engineers Australia; CPEng or relevant industry certification. Extensive experience in a client-facing/client-management role with a knack for building and maintaining strong relationships. A well-established profile within the industry, actively involved in industry associations. Exceptional ability to interpret and communicate complex information. Proven project management skills, with a track record of achieving budget, timeframe, and client requirements. Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and specifications.
