Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is hiring a Plumber (Multi Trade) for a West Midlands housing association. The role involves performing reactive maintenance in occupied social housing, including plumbing repairs and basic multi-trade tasks. This is a long-term contract with a pay rate of up to £27 per hour for 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Experience in social housing maintenance and relevant qualifications are preferred.

A West Midlands housing association is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties. This is a short-term contract covering sickness, with the possibility of extension and long-term employment. Your new role
