Mohawk is looking for a Physical Lab Technician to join our manufacturing team. The Lab Technician is responsible for performing and providing physical testing to support product certification requirements.

What you’ll do:
• Perform a variety of established lab tests, including quality control tests for various products and materials.
• Inspect product samples to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in daily control tests.
• Document inspection results.
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor. Ensure proper working conditions of equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow standard operating procedures, including proper PPE and safety standards.
• Keep area safe, clean, and organized.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to pass the Farnsworth eye color test.

What you’re good at:
• Communication, problem solving, and organization.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
