Pharmacy Technician I - Varied - Green

Scripps Health is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician I for its Green Hospital in San Diego, CA. The role involves providing clinical services in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care. Candidates should have a high school diploma and California Board of Pharmacy Certification, with preferred experience in inpatient settings. Located on the Torrey Pines Mesa near I-5 and Genesee Avenue in La Jolla, Scripps Green Hospital has served the greater San Diego community since 1977. We provide some of the region's best care, including several nationally ranked specialty programs.

Scripps Green Hospital is attached to Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines. Together we offer dozens of medical and surgical services, including cancer care, orthopedic surgery and organ transplantation.

This is a full time (70 hours per two week pay period), benefited position with 10-hour varied shifts located at Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines.

Experience/Specialized Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Certification/Registration:
• California Board of Pharmacy Certification

Required Education/Course(s)/Training:
• Certification by National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board preferred.
• 1 year inpatient experience preferred or hospital externship

Position Pay Range: $26.94-$36.36/hour
