Responsibilities:
• Assist in structuring and executing financing transactions (debt, tax equity, equity sales, etc.).
• Develop and maintain financial models for renewable energy projects.
• Manage financial due diligence processes and project documentation reviews.
• Coordinate across teams to support financial closings and manage financing agreements.
• Communicate with stakeholders including executives, financing institutions, and investors.
• Provide financing guidance across the business, including project acquisitions and offtake pricing.

Qualifications:
• 2-4+ years of project finance experience, with at least 1 year in renewable energy.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
