Programme Manager (Net Zero/ renewable energy)

Oxford City Centre (Hybrid working available)

£47,000 + 4% employer pension contribution + generous benefits (Cycle to Work Scheme, buy-sell annual leave policy, flexible working, 25 days holiday + bank holidays)

As Net Zero Programme Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering and developing our flagship Impact Programme. From shaping the future of there CAPZero place-based services to steering their Community Innovation Gateway, your role is central to turning ideas into impactful results.

You'll collaborate across teams, inspire high standards, and drive strategic alignment-helping us amplify our social impact and develop scalable community energy models.

We're looking for someone who thrives on big-picture thinking and hands-on action. You'll bring strong programme management skills, a talent for cross-functional collaboration, and the confidence to navigate complexity with clarity. You'll be adept at communicating across audiences, excited by sustainable energy policy, and ready to work with a passionate, agile team committed to real-world impact.

The Role:
• Design and manage programme structures across The Impact Programme and Innovation Gateway
• Collaborate with senior managers to align delivery with strategic goals
• Lead development of place-based services (CAPZero) and test new solutions for community energy
• Manage reporting, track policy trends, and support organisation-wide impact

The Person:
• Proven programme management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills
• Insightful, strategic thinker with the ability to connect dots and drive results
• Familiarity with sustainable energy systems or the ability to learn quickly
• Passionate about making real, measurable change in the community energy sector
