looking for a strategic, hands -on Managing Director</b> to lead one of the
group’s flagship solar power generation assets</b> based in Johannesburg</b>.</span></span>

The ideal candidate is a seasoned energy
professional</b> with a strong grasp of project finance, plant operations,
stakeholder management, and performance optimization</b>. You’ll be responsible
for steering a multidisciplinary team, overseeing O&M and EPC partnerships,
and safeguarding the long -term value of a major renewable asset.</span></span>

Lead all operational, financial, and governance aspects of the
company</span></span>
</li>Ensure compliance with commercial and regulatory agreements</span></span>
</li>Drive plant performance and asset optimization</span></span>
</li>Represent the business to key partners, lenders, and authorities</span></span>
</li>Champion HSE excellence, ESG initiatives, and sustainable growth</span></span>

What You’ll Bring:</span></span></b>

Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Law</b> (Master’s preferred)</span></span>
</li>15+ years’ experience</span></span></b> in
the power or energy sector, including 5+ years at executive or GM level</b></span></span>
</li>Proven experience with IPPs, project finance, and large -scale
generation assets</b></span></span>
</li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills</span></span>
