Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking Manager of Sustainability to join the Corporate Real Estate group. This individual will have the primary responsibility to support the identification and implementation of industry standard methodologies across Arrow’s Real Estate portfolio. This role will be chartered to benchmark Arrow’s current global Facilities environment and sustainability performance levels against world class, perform gap/opportunity analysis, and development of short/long term implementation plans to generate improved performance, value and total cost of ownership across Arrow’s global Facilities network.

As the Manager of Sustainability, you will support strategy, implementation and management of corporate and asset level environmental and sustainability strategy, engagement with internal and external stakeholders, environmental efficiency initiatives and performance.

Your areas of experience shall also include existing buildings and new development construction and facilities management, ESG reporting, corporate social responsibility, climate resilience and risk mitigation and adaptation, net zero, decarbonization and renewable energy, building energy and water efficiency, waste management and emissions reduction strategies.

What You'll Be Doing
• Conduct detailed evaluation of emerging technologies and opportunities for alternative energy sourcing opportunities that best meet the various asset classes.
• Support implementation of newest technologies aimed at improving energy efficiency and consumption, environmental impact, and conceptualize cost savings opportunities.
• Carry out broad and complex assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge related to energy efficiency, renewable/carbon offsets and sustainability services offered by the Global Energy and Sustainability platform.
• Manage relationships and setting expectations with sustainability and ESG teams, asset managers, property managers, and project teams.
• Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams such as human resources, marketing, legal, procurement, etc. to carry out Arrow's sustainability strategies.

What You’ll Need
• 5 years of experience in Real Estate Portfolio, Facilities, Construction, Sustainability management or related areas
• Bachelor's degree with an educational focus in Sustainability preferred. Masters degree a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively balance competing priorities while adhering to specific deadlines
• Advanced verbal and written communications skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work, collaborate, and influence change across functions, levels, and globally diverse employee populations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and prepare presentations and proposals. Must possess ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees and customers.
• Proven self-starter with ability to think and act in a proactive way.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$90,000.00 - $110,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
