*What You’ll Do:Coordinate the end-to-end movement of Wuling EV units from port of entry to our dealership, including scheduling trucking, arranging carrier logistics, and ensuring proper handling of electric vehicles.Manage all customs and importation documentation for vehicles and spare parts, liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.Coordinate with relevant Philippine government agencies (Bureau of Customs, LTO, DTI, and others) on importation permits, vehicle compliance requirements, and any necessary certifications.Oversee spare parts inventory—ordering, receiving, cataloging, and maintaining optimal stock levels to keep the service center fully supplied without excess.Monitor vehicle inventory levels and model mix, working closely with the sales team to align stock availability with demand and minimize holding costs.Track all inbound shipments and provide timely status updates to management, sales, and the service team.Process and coordinate outbound vehicle deliveries to customers and sub-dealers, ensuring accurate documentation accompanies every unit.Oversee shipping and receiving operations at the dealership, including inspection of incoming units and parts for damage or discrepancies.Identify logistics bottlenecks and propose cost-effective solutions to improve delivery timelines and reduce expenses across the supply chain.Maintain accurate and organized records using inventory management systems and reporting tools.*What We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations—experience in the automotive industry or vehicle importation is a strong advantage.Familiarity with Philippine customs and importation processes, including Bureau of Customs procedures and documentation requirements.Strong organizational and time management skills—you can juggle multiple shipments, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with inventory management or ERP systems.Good communication and coordination skills in English and Filipino, especially when dealing with brokers, suppliers, government agencies, and internal teams.Problem-solver with a proactive mindset—you spot issues before they become problems.Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.*Why You’ll Love It Here:Be part of a pioneering team in one of the most exciting EV brands in the country.Build your career in a high-growth, future-ready company with expanding operations.Get hands-on exposure to international supply chain operations (China–Philippines EV logistics).Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.13th month pay + government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).HMO coverage.Career growth opportunities as the dealership network and distribution operations expand nationwide.Location: Metro Manila (Support for multiple service locations)Full-time Position | Immediate Start Preferred
