As a Lead Specialist, you will:

Oversee intricate projects, delivering expert analysis and consulting on sustainable materials, focusing on circularity, embodied carbon, health, and equity.Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring the highest quality of work through oversight and QA/QC processes.Build long-term relationships with clients, offering tailored strategies for sustainable procurement within their organizations.Engage with clients throughout all project phases, documenting discussions and aligning deliverables with project objectives.Drive strategic initiatives to enhance sustainability efforts within client organizations.Stay updated on advancements in materials optimization, sharing knowledge with internal team members.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, architecture, environmental science, etc.) with coursework or experience in sustainability or green building.A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sustainability or project management.Travel may be required infrequently, up to 5% of the time, including overnight stays.
